The current enrollment at the River Bank Prmiary School is 1200 which consists of 406 girls and 794 boys.
The fact that a school this large does not have its own source of water is quite astonishing. The nearest water source is a community well, the well is used by everyone in the nearby village. This means that there are always very long lines to get water and the children are unable to use it during the day. We would like to give the school their own water source, plus toilets, septics a roundabout pump, a reservoir tank and a hand washing station.
