Henry Rollins Hosts Drop in the Bucket Benefit Concert

Hollywood – Icons of the music and art world are coming together for a benefit concert at the Avalon Theater in Hollywood Wednesday night. Dave Navarro, Stephan Perkins, Scott Ian, and many others will perform at the event hosted by punk icon and actor Henry Rollins.The concert is set to benefit Drop in the Bucket, an organization that is striving to get clean drinking water to communities in Africa.

Rollins — a singer, actor, writer, and comedian who’s well-known for throwing himself into causes — traveled to Africa last year with Drop in the Bucket to see its work first-hand.He also made a public service announcement, which is a graphic reminder of the water waste that is universal in America… and how precious that resource is in Africa.He talks about the importance of the project, and the concert event in the video.
