Ex-biker Sam Childers has been traveling to Uganda and the Sudan for over 15 years. In that time he has been helping with aid work in the region. Sam has ridden along with the SPLA on countless trips into areas just after rebel attacks to gather the injured and orphaned children and bring them to his orphanage. The Children's village orphanage in Nimule, South Sudan is the largest Sudanese-run orphanage operation in South Sudan. We have been trying to get the orphanage a well for some time now, but up until recently have not been able to persuade any of our drillers to go into the Sudan. Well a month ago that changed as our driller from Gulu agreed to visit the orphanage. The latrines Sam had installed had collapsed leaving the children and workers without sanitation. We are currently installing two wells, a roundabout pump, toilets, a hand washing station, a reservoir tank and our delayed septic system at the Nimule Children's Village Orphanage in South Sudan. Stand by for pictures that will be coming soon.
