Angolocom Primary School

Some projects are tougher than others, and the Angolocom Primary School was one of those. One of our other crews had tried drilling here with a different rig and had not managed to get through the denses rock. We sent our biggest rig to the school for the second attempt and were successful. The school is in the Agwener Sub-County in the Lira district of Uganda and has over 1000 pupils. Even though it took twice as long as normal and used twice as many riser pipes as we usually need, the school urgently needed clean water and we are happy to say they finally have it.
